On my desk at work sit two of my favorite Christmas presents from my daughter: a pinch pot that I use for thumbtacks and paper clips, and a clay bowl that holds a collection of pens and markers. They were made with love. I love looking at them and thinking about my daughter when I see them.

If some of you are struggling with what to get your parents, give them something homemade, something from the heart.

Meet Claire. At only 5-years-old, Claire gave her parents probably one of the best presents ever. Click on the link to see for yourself:

I don’t know if she’s trying to suck up to Santa for being naughty this year or what, but this little girl is pretty amazing! She knew her parents wouldn’t know the words to the song, so she signed for them.

Then there’s the teenager who pays little to no attention to his family on Christmas day, or does he?

Christmas is more than spending money on material things. It’s about family, making memories and celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ. What gift will you give this year?

Merry Christmas, everyone!
