This is not your momma’s Mac &amp; Cheese! Thanks to <strong><a href=”http://www.goodlifeeats.com/”>Good Life Eats</a></strong>, I will never be able to look at Kraft macaroni the same again.

So, the reason I share this recipe with you is because a friend of mine, who can only cook one thing – Mac and Cheese. For this post’s sake, we shall call this friend Mossimo.

Mossimo told me that he has boxes and boxes of Kraft Thick & Creamy in his pantry. He is a bachelor so I don’t doubt this, but I thought to myself…”doesn’t Mossimo get tired of eating the same thing all the time?”

That’s when I went to the WWW and found a 30 ways in 30 days website for everything Mac & Cheese. I have shared this with Mossimo in hopes he might broaden his mac & cheese mindset.
